Organic production is recognized as involving production methods that do not use synthetic inputs such as fertilizer, pest management, growth hormones, or sub-therapeutic or therapeutic antibiotics.
Organic grains include:
- corn (yellow, white, and blue)
- soy beans
- barley
- wheat (hard red spring wheat, soft white spring wheat, red wheat)
- soy meal
- flax meal
- oats
