Conventional Grain

 

Conventional grain is grain that is grown using synthetic inputs such as fertilizer, pest management, growth hormones, or sub-therapeutic or therapeutic antibiotics.

Conventional grains include:

  • corn (yellow, white, and blue) 
  • soy beans
  • barley
  • wheat (hard red spring wheat, soft white spring wheat, red wheat)
  • soy meal
  • flax meal
  • oats
